Our approach
VELA starts with software or a problem that already exists in a real operation. We separate what is proven from what remains an assumption, then decide what can become a configurable product.
Build once. Configure per customer. Sell many.
This principle shapes architecture and commercial decisions. Customer differences should be managed intentionally rather than creating a separate codebase for each buyer.
The studio and its products
VELA develops its own products, including MyZinergi and Product 02, and works with selected teams through a Blueprint, Productisation Sprint and optional ongoing support.
