How VELA handles contact details and SaaS Opportunity Check submissions.
What we collect
If you submit an Opportunity Check or strategy call request, we store your name, company, business email, optional phone, website and message. For the Check, we also store your answers, score and classification. Submission time, landing page, referrer and campaign parameters help us understand the request.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to the specific request you made. The Check itself runs in your browser; answers are sent only when you choose to submit the voluntary form. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in the site's database. Access should be limited to VELA operators. VELA retains request data while it is needed to respond and manage the business relationship. You may ask for deletion through the contact route.
Your choices
You can use the Check and download its result without submitting personal details. If you submit a request, you may ask to access or delete your information through the contact route. Essential browser session storage preserves quiz progress; no advertising cookies are set by this implementation.
